DODGE STORE
Dodge is a multi productive brand from North American. It manufactures automobiles, mini vans,sport utility vehicles and trucks. It is marketed by Chrsler Group LLCC,and has worldvide stores in 60 different countries. 1900 was the year that Dodge was founded by the Dodge brothers horace and John as the Dodge Brothers Company. At the begining, the Dodge Brothers Company only supplied auto parts for the big auto indsustries.

Dodge made it’s first vehicle in 1914. In 1928, Dodge Brothers Company was then sold to Chrysler Corporation. Chrysler Group, was a part of Chrysler LLC which was owned by Cerberus Capital Managementt, and now a part of the Chrysler Group LLC, which has an alliance with the FIAT (Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino) factory.

Brothers Horace and John Dodge founded Dodge Brothers Company back in 1900. Only assembling engines and chasis componets,  they worked with  for big auto industry names such as Olds Motor Vehicle Company, and  Ford Motor. The Dodge Brothers enjoyed their success in their market. However in 1913, John Dodge, wanted to begin something bigger. Horace and John created the new four-cylinder vehicle: the Dodge Model30. The automobile had an all-steel body construction (when the vast majority of cars worldwide still used wood framing under steel panels. It also had a 12-volt electrical system (6-volt systems would remain the norm up until the 1950s),and sliding-gear transmission. These components were innovations for the auto-industry which had positive feedback within the autoindustry.  
In 1924, Walter P. Chrysler, head chief of Chrysler Corp. and former CEO  of the Buick Division, at General Motors, tried purchasing Dodge but didn't get to do so the first time. This led the Chrysler Corp to manufacture a similar vehicle line of the Dodge vehicle. The Chrysler named the Dodge-like vehicle DeSoto. In July 1928,  Chrysler finally burchased the Dodge brand for a $170 million in stock exchange.
