Acura, a Honda Motor Company’s luxury vehicle division. This Japanese brand, competes with Lexus, Infiniti; among other brands in the luxury division. The Acura brand has been introduced in the USA, Canada, and Hong Kong in March 1986.
Acura opened market in Mexico in 2004, China in 2006, and Russia in 2008. Acura's comfort, and over all luxury finish has been credited to be the first Japanese brand ever to create a foreign luxury brand.

In 1986 Acura consisted of two models: the Legend (V6 powered sedan) and the Integra (five door or three door hatchback). The success of the company led other Japanese brands such as Toyota, and Nissan to venture on luxury brands (Lexus, Infiniti).
